Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made before the 24-hour mark of your appointment will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be refunded 50% of the session cost.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals:

  • No-shows will be refunded 50% of the session cost.

  • I recommend joining a few minutes before your scheduled session. If you have not joined within the first 5 minutes of the start time, I will send you a text reminder. If I do not hear back from you within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered a no-show.

  • If you communicate that you are running late, we will continue the session for the remaining scheduled time. If there is no client booked immediately after you, I will gladly extend the session to allow for the full time. However, if another client is scheduled, I will only be able to meet for the time remaining.

  • If I cannot extend the session and you would like the full scheduled time, you will need to reschedule.

Emergencies:

  • I understand that real emergencies and unexpected life circumstances happen, including difficult days with chronic symptoms, personal matters, or situations outside of your control. I deeply value your well-being and never want this work to feel stressful during challenging moments.

  • In certain cases, cancellation or no-show fees may be waived at my discretion.
